Sales Manager - EV Sector
EVC is a rapidly growing EV Infrastructure business where our mission is to Make the EV Switch Simple. We are seeking a Sales Manager who is passionate about the EV industry to join our team.
About You:
An accomplished sales professional with experience in B2B sales and a strong passion for the EV industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and network with clients. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You maybe have been there and done it before several times and wanting to pass on your skills to a sales floor. This position reports to our Chief Commercial Officer and will be more of a coach Vs a sales leader.
What You Will Be Doing:
Helping to line manage, coach and develop a team of mixed-level sales team members. Measuring sales funnel metrics and driving performance, reporting up to the Chief Commercial Officer how this sales team are delivering. Ensuring HubSpot CRM is reflective of the teams performance and a snapshot of sales performance.
