Sales Manager
ETRUX is a local company in Shenstone, Birmingham specialising in the hire, lease, conversion and sale of a wide range of Commercial Vehicles with a growing focus on electrification. Due to expanding fleet and continual growth of the company, we are seeking an experienced, flexible, and reliable person to drive sales and enhance the ETRUX brand through all available marketing streams.
Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain sales budgets.
· Develop strategic objectives related to sales and marketing functions.
· Establish partnerships to increase sales and collaborate with media platforms.
· Build initiatives for establishing a brand and corporate identity.
· Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress.
· Assign sales territories and targets to the sales team.
Liase with marketing team to develop strategies to support sales function
· Research and report to Senior Team on both the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and the Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM)
· Understand customer requirements and analyse trends.
· Coordinate with the HR department to hire and train staff.
· Regularly evaluate the performance of sales personnel.
· Network and socialise with important clients to ensure sustained business relationships.
· Attend business seminars, conferences, and workshops to track industry trends and promote the ETRUX brand.
· Analyse and respond to competitors' strategies and changes in the industry. Complete SWOT analysis
· Maximise value from referral networks and business connections.
Education & Experience
· Demonstrate extensive experience in rental, sales and conversion industry
· Minimum of seven to ten years of experience in a managerial position. Clearly demonstrable leadership success and a working knowledge of sales management tools
· Relevant experience in managing commercial vehicle fleet customers or a network of distributors.
· Demonstrable ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, HR department, executive board, customers, industry experts and media partners.
· Demonstrable knowledge of industry specific topics such as digital marketing and managing customer relationships.
Experience in Electric Vehicle fleet introduction and industry knowledge desirable
Experience in carrying out market research and identifying new market opportunities
Hours of work
· 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday
