We are delighted to be recruiting for a Meetings & Memberships Sales Manager for a leading, luxury office provider!
Salary: £40-£44K with uncapped commission structure
Hours: 9am-5.30pm and days in the office are flexible (typically 3 days in, 2 days WFH) which can fluctuate depending on business needs.
Location: Bank, City of London as main location (team typically work from various buildings around the London portfolio)
Primary Duties: To lead and support a small team by team management, driving high performance of a newly formed proactive account management team & taking on management of the top 20 client accounts yourself.
This role would suit someone highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive for going above and beyond. Someone with a warm and friendly demeanour, with strong attention to detail and people management skills.
Previous experience with SalesForce is essential.
