We are adding to our management team due to epic results and growth and looking for an experienced Sales Director/Manager who has the strategic ability to maintain and continue to grow market share.
The person we want to join us for this role will have a proven track record in the London Estate Agency market, and in addition you will be able to demonstrate business acumen and people management skills. Key to our success is motivating and leading our teams from the front, inspiring them to generate epic results whilst developing their career for years to come. Location: South East & South London
Salary: £70,000 -£150,000 OTE
Key responsibilities/skills include:
- Lead from the front / Proven leader
- Proven success and understanding in a similar role/ Build market share / lead all valuations
- Run a center of excellence developing the next generation of talent to success
- Confident and comfortable in managing a large sales estate agent team / Strong people skills
