Job description

Demon Recruitment Group are working with a lovely company based in Eastcote who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator

Working Hours - Totally office based

Mon-Thurs 07:45-16:30

Friday 07:30-15:00

22 days holiday/year + bank holidays

Main Duties

Maintaining a top class service to customers - quick responses and accurate information
Answering phones and responding to emails
Processing orders and estimates in a quick and efficient manner - a high level of accuracy is needed as we are dealing with dimensions and working from drawings
Responding to any customer complaints e.g. late delivery or incorrect product
Taking payments
Measuring templates to convert to estimate/order
Keeping the filing/paperwork in order
Completing spreadsheets/records
Supporting the team as needed
