Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts for CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate and competitive pricing strategies for various security solutions.
· Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales data, and reports using our CRM system.
· Communicate with clients to provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
· Assist with the organization of sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively support the sales team.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role, preferably within the security industry (but this isn’t essential)
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Familiarity with CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems is desirable.
· A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
· A willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry trends and technologies.
