Education and Work Experience Requirements:
College and/or University level business degree.
Successful completion of A-Level and/or GCSE’s. If candidate is not from the UK, then successful completion of a similar level of education is required.
Training is provided on-the-job and off-the-job.
Additional experience below would be beneficial (but not required): Successful completion of NVQs/SVQs in Administration are available at Levels 1 and 2.
Job duties:
- Providing vital information to customers on products and prices for customers, via phone call (telesales). This will include sending over bespoke custom product catalogues to our established and potential customers to market our new products.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external customers to meet targets. Targets will be provided by the Sales Manager.
- Create Sale Orders and follow up with customers regarding any return products. Ensuring the highest levels or accuracy are maintained.
- Assisting the Sales team in following up with customers depending on credit terms provided, for timely incoming payments.
- Assist in the process of handling customers complaints or working with the appropriate sales representatives to help assist in the request. This will include answering inbound and outbound calls to customers/sales representatives.
- Scheduling appointments with new customers to Sales representatives that take orders in their local area.
- Maintaining office records in the correct format.
- Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers via phone call.
- Positively engage with Continuous Improvement activity including communication of ideas for improvement to team leader and management.
Job Requirements:
The candidate will have the ability to support others and be an excellent team player. Showing full commitment to your team, with the ability to be flexible while working multiple tasks and retaining a high level attention to detail.
As you will be talking to customers providing customers with information on products and prices, you will support the development of customer relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
