BSNI is working with a leading construction company to recruit a Paving Installer Manager based in their site at Toome, travel maybe required to site from time to time.
Hours of Work: March to September (inclusive) 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday as per rota 9am to 12.30pm (2 Saturdays off per month).
October to February (inclusive) 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Growing sales revenues in line with agreed targets, through a network of Paving installers.
· Continually develop relationships with Installers throughout Northern Ireland and border counties by promoting our Recommended Installers Scheme, providing marketing support, and dealing with general queries.
· Facilitate engagement between internal departments and Installers to deliver excellent customer service and grow brand awareness.
· Actively seek new installers to grow sales and augment the Recommended Installers list through proactive business development strategies.
· Live out the company values daily.
· Conduct site inspections for new Installer projects as per the approved Recommended Installers scheme.
· Coach probationary installers in Products, processes and standards expected to ensure progression onto the Recommended Installer status.
· Engagement on social media channels to facilitate timely communication with Installers on promotions and initiatives.
· Furnish all Installers with up-to-date marketing material, training, and support to promote themselves and Products.
· Continually develop relationships between and relevant Education Bodies in Northern Ireland and border Counties by promoting and co-ordinating mutually beneficial initiatives.
· Support installers with customer care and added value design services
· Plan and organise Recommended Installer events, including training days and networking events.
· Responsible for monthly performance reporting against targets and discussion around variances.
· Liaise with Marketing team to ensure Installer case studies are highlighted and showcased in a timely way, assist with development of marketing campaigns and the production of quarterly e-zines.
· Accurately calculate monthly installer figures and annual incentives.
· Plan visit schedules to facilitate new business generation and building a pipeline of potential customers.
· Liaise with wider team on new product development opportunities and initiatives that would add value to the Portfolio.
· Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company products and procedures.
· Identify process and procedural areas for improvement and assist with IT developments within the department.
· Maintain an up to date industrial and commercial knowledge of competitors, products and prices.
· Assist with the day to day running of the Outside Rooms including opening and closing of premises, providing show room cover at any Outside Rooms location, as the need may arise.
· Any other duties and tasks commensurate with the role and/or as required by the Directors of the Company within the Manager’s capabilities.
