Foyle Campsie requires a Night Cleaning Operative. The post will be based at their Campsie site in County Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most progressive beef processing groups in Ireland and the UK.
The successful candidate will be part of a busy cleaning team. Industrial cleaning of all departments of the factory post production. Working as part of a team of 9 to ensure hygiene and cleaning standards are adhered to. Using chemicals to clean the factory. Physical tasks include not limited to, power hosing, moving parts & equipment, etc. Please note work can be physically demanding.
Essential Criteria:
· 1 years’ experience in industrial cleaning in a production / industrial environment.
· Ability to commit to a night shift working 5pm - 1:30am and later when required.
· Knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment used in a factory environment.
· Experience in use of chemicals.
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks which require manual handling.
- Ability to work weekends as and when required.
Desirable Criteria:
· Basic level of English
£10.50 per hour, Overtime rates: Mon – Fri: 1.25 x, Saturday 1.5 x, Sunday 2x
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.92 per hour
