Role

Audio-Technica Europe has a great opportunity for an organised and proactive Administrator, who has appropriate experience of working with Amazon on Vendor Central (1P)or SellerCentral (2P/3P),to administer the Amazon sales process and product catalogue in accordance with Audio-Technica’s overall strategy for the EMEA region.

Daily responsibilities will include sales order management and processing, catalogue maintenance and external liaison with Amazon Vendor Services team as well as internal Audio-Technica stakeholders. Using high level data management and analytical skills, the successful candidate will maintain a performance dashboard and produce any required business reporting on key metrics for internal stakeholders and the management team.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

  • Take responsibility for the effective management of all sales orders coming into the business from the Amazon account, ensuring prompt processing of orders and continued up to date maintenance of the catalogue; working closely with both Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) and key internal stakeholders to manage and maintain a performance dashboard and produce timely and accurate business reporting to support strategic decision making and the effective management of the account.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring proactive collaboration with all stakeholders to support the smooth and effective management of the account.
  • Administrating sales in Vendor Central in line with ERP (D365)
  • Ensure full checking of Vendor Central (VC) as soon as possible each day for any new Purchase Orders and ensure that they are fully processed and confirmed – including the actions below – within 24 hours
  • Matching orders received in Vendor Central with those received in D365 (Via EDI)
  • Requesting any Purchase Order extensions, as necessary, via Amazon Vendor Services (AVS)
  • Investigating and resolving any non-transfer of Orders from VC to D365
  • Confirming all Purchase Orders on VC in accordance with D365 result
  • Ensuring manual Order entry into D365 for any non-EDI orders

Maintaining Amazon stock allocation and availability

  • Carry out regular reviews of stock availability of key lines and liaise with Category Management to ensure that allocation reflects Amazon demand / forecasts
  • Provide regular updates to Amazon AVS on availability of high demand ASINs
  • Carry out review and assessment of Amazon’s WOC report and highlight any low stock holding to AVS

EDI Co-ordination

  • Investigate any sales that do not successfully transfer from VC to D365 via EDI and work in collaboration with the IT and Commercial teams to resolve any errors
  • Work in collaboration with the Finance and IT teams to set up new vendor accounts and invoice/delivery locations as required

Product Catalogue and Listing Management

  • Maintain up to date accuracy and IDQ score of existing ASIN catalogue including:
  • Cost prices and EAN
  • Categories, Sub-Categories and Browse Nodes
  • Product Codes and Titles
  • Product Bullet Points and Features
  • Images and Videos
  • A+ Content
  • Create new listings via the Amazon API connection as required
  • Investigate listings tagged with Audio-Technica and report any brand violations or counterfeit product
  • Maintain up to date and accurate listings in the Amazon Brand Store

Reporting

  • Create monthly reports and distribute to key stakeholders on Purchase Order analysis including:
  • Volume, value and frequency
  • Issuing Vendor and FC locations
  • Cancelled lines
  • Create monthly sell out report and distribute to key stakeholders, utilising VC Retail Analytics, to include:
  • Shipped COGS
  • Units Shipped
  • Avg. Selling Price
  • Conversion Rate
  • Glance Views
  • Create any other reports, as requested, to support the effective management of the Amazon account

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:-

ESSENTIAL

  • Must have experience of working within Amazon on Vendor Central (1P) or Seller Central (2P/3P), experience of both would also be desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience of working with Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practise and comfortable using both ARA and other digital analytics to monitor performance and drive conversion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications, primarily Excel, with ability to create charts, graphs, formulas, lookup and pivot tables. Also confident with creating Powerpoints and presenting both projects and performance to key stakeholders.
  • Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • High Level of interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of numeracy and analytical skills

DESIRABLE

  • Previous experience of dealing with major FMCG accounts across EU.
  • Experience working within the consumer electronics industry, either directly for a manufacturer or via a distributor.
  • Additional European language skills.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

Regular travel in UK and occasionally EU, to include overnight stays as required
