An opportunity to join an award winning, multi branch independent estate agency with their offices in Totteridge.
Our client is looking for a high achieving and ambitious residential estate agency sales professional to join their team as the Senior Sales Manager.
As Senior Sales Manager, you will be looking to:
·Create the largest active market share in the area.
·Maximise branch profit and grow the property register.
·Manage performance and grow your Sales Team.
·Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will:
·Have previous estate agency and customer service experience.
·Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement.
·Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times.
·Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Be highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
·Display high standards of service and presentation.
·Have own car with a full UK driving licence.
You will be rewarded with an extensive training program and a fantastic package with uncapped commission.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £41,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
