Great Permanent opportunity available to work within an exciting company priding themselves on building and maintaining relationships with their customers while aiming to provide the highest possible levels of service
Assessing the validity of documents, and organising them to a level where we have all the required paperwork to compliantly progress the case. Keying accurate data onto the CRM system, and supplying relevant information to support lending decisions.
- Provide proactive customer service for inbound and outbound communication by telephone and email.
- Action any tasks set to assist with the underwriting process, initial due diligence checks and packaging the case in readiness for Underwriting - ensuring knowledge & understanding around checking documents
- Interact and provide updates to BDMs, Underwriters and Intermediaries as required
- Input and process mortgage applications and DIPs for BDMs/Underwriters as required
- Ensure a high level of accuracy for data entry and ongoing record keeping
- Relationship building with Intermediaries to understand timescales and processes
- Manage and action daily tasks and emails
- To meet KPI target levels set by the business
- Be prepared to go the extra mile
- Good working knowledge of our products and current SLAs
Personal Specification
- Good understanding of the mortgage market and general mortgage criteria
- Competent and confident in building relationships on the telephone
- Excellent telephone manner
- Flexible approach to business needs and requirements
- Ability to use written and verbal communication appropriately
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good attention to detail. Right first-time approach
- Have a good understanding of the relevant Company policies, procedures and rules, adhering to these at all times
