Job description
TGFP are looking for a part time Sales Ledger Administrator. The hours will be 22.5 across 3 days - Wednesday - Friday.
This is a remote role, ideal for someone based in Romford/Dagenham area.
The salary would be £24,000 pro rata.
This role will include, but is not limited to -
- Raising invoices per client managers instructions using Iris Practice management – no prior knowledge of this systems is required, full training will be given
- All adminstration related to the invoicing process
- Email/post all invoices
- Input all invoices to Sage accounts
- Run Iris fees report and Sage customer invoices for the week and check that amounts match
