Job description

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. The successful candidate will provide a first-class professional front of house and reception service to support at our clients office in Walsall.

Role Summary:

  • Act as the first point of contact to visitors providing a professional warm welcome to the venue
  • Assist clients and visitors with badges and direct / escort them to a meeting room or their event host
  • Provide an exceptional front of house customer Service experience to the clients employees and visitors, acting as a single point of contact for all enquiries they may have
  • Representing the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and organised customer facing reception area
  • Manage the room bookings and client requests in accordance with set guidelines in order to ensure first class customer service
  • Carry out routine checks of meeting rooms and customer areas to maintain standards and availability of services
  • Record and report any incidents
  • Perform meeting room checks hourly to ensure rooms are presentable and available for next guests
  • Liaise with service providers as required in support of the on-site facilities team
  • Coordinate use of visitor parking managing expectations
  • To undertake general team administration duties e.g. scanning, postage, raising of purchase orders etc for the Facilities Management operation as directed
  • Be innovative and strive for continuous improvement

Experience Required:

  • Professional and courteous with ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of an integrated site team
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Ability to operate in a confident manner
  • Previous experience of dealing with customers within a corporate environment with a high emphasis on customer service
  • Ability to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
