Sales Ledger Administrator
James Frew Ltd is now one of the largest privately-owned building services companies in Scotland, providing integrated property solutions, including plumbing, heating, mechanical services, gas maintenance, electrical installation and building upgrades for the public and private sectors. Based in Stevenston Ayrshire, Glasgow and Airdrie, we directly employ over 360 people including 49 apprentices.
We are currently looking to recruit a professional Sales Ledger Administrator, experience preferable but not essential to join our Finance Department.
The successful candidate responsibilities will involve:
· Invoicing Housing Associations
· Liaise with Housing Associations and the Maintenance team on all invoicing issues.
· Create and invoice customers for Installs and private work carried out
· Run, check and reconcile all monthly statements for Housing Associations
· Processing payments from customers as and when required
· Provide additional support to other sections of the Accounts Department as and when required
· Complete adhoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager
Sales Ledger Administrator will require to have the undernoted qualifications, skills and knowledge:
· Honest and Trustworthy
· Have a good understanding of the accounting process and problem solving
· Ability to work to deadlines
· Good communication skills
· Good numerical skills
· Ability to work with multiple systems/screens
· Good understanding of Microsoft office
