And, as advocates for experience and the value over 50s can bring to all walks of life, we’d particularly welcome applications from individuals within this age demographic, who can also teach us a thing or two about what we could do differently as well as educating our partners.About the CompanyWe are an innovative technology company that operates a range of UK- and US-based websites providing helpful, targeted content to over 50s primarily across health, wealth and lifestyle topics. Our business operates remotely across four continents and has aggressive plans for global expansion given the clear potential to disrupt the seniors market worldwide.The primary means of finding our business is via our published content, but content isn’t our only product. We offer a range of technological platforms to enable our partners to connect with our audience of over 50s. Our existing and in-development platforms include:A directory highlighting businesses that accommodate to modern eldersAn artificial intelligence and machine learning platform to match our partners to our readersBehavioural management and measurementAn online Sudoku platformAs we work remotely, the successful applicant will have some autonomy over how and where they work, although there will naturally be the need to work within hours when leads and potential partners are available.Outside of these parameters, so long as you achieve our challenging but achievable sales targets, how and where you work is 100% up to you.Your DutiesDue to our aggressive growth plans, there is an opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded sales leader to join our ever-expanding team. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in selling digital media and would be particularly interested in candidates who are in our core audience.In this role, you will lead a team responsible for showcasing our brand and creating a detailed, persuasive case as to why new partners should join us to take advantage of our suite of products and tools, and why existing partners should increase their spend with us. To do this, you will have access to a wealth of internal data to enable you to highlight the specific opportunities in potential or existing partners’ niche areas.Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, positive, and take a creative and proactive approach to generating new sales strategies and improving our pitch to potential partners.
