Role summary:

Reporting to the Head of Service & Maintenance, we have a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to shape, lead, implement & continually develop our Residential Life Cycle Solutions, Sales & Growth Strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring we unlock new opportunities, deliver new initiatives, develop our people, improve our processes, and enhance all front of house customer interactions.

You will be directly influencing customer numbers through the implementation of a forecasted growth plan. Bringing new customers to Residential Life Cycle solutions through a variety of customer touchpoints whilst also ensuring that our customer retention is strong. Your insight, suggestions and continued feedback will help to shape our future growth aspirations.

Your work will play a key role in ensuring we deliver a best in-class service whilst maximising existing revenue & unlocking new revenue opportunity. Directly responsible for increasing our customer network from circa 2,500 to 5,000 by April 24 and 10,000 by April 25.

To achieve this, you will invest in new ways to improve our ability to serve, pursuing new market

sectors, tailoring our approach to accelerate brand presence and portfolio of customers.

Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience of Sales Channel development, preferably within a B2C environment
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding business sales targets
  • Undergraduate level or equivalent experience
  • Experience of launching & selling new initiatives, products, services into the marketplace.
  • Ability to execute, implement and deliver on strategy and plans.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas to gain sponsorship from stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
  • Analytical. To publish, measure and influence the success of multiple sales channels
  • Curious and Creative, to ensure we stay one step ahead
  • Service orientated with an empathetic and pragmatic approach
  • Committed to develop people and processes to improve competency and outputs
