With a purpose built factory based in the Scottish Borders, as well as 10 retail shops across Scotland and the North of England, we cater for all your school uniform needs whilst still maintaining the personal yet professional service you would expect from a family business.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers • Generating new business through customer visits, phone calls and answering web enquiries
- Using our customer relationship management system to record customer visits, potential prospects, sales and lost orders.
- Responsibility for quotations.
- Aiming to meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience working in a work wear environment would be an advantage. • Relevant sales experience (preferred but not essential) • Proactive and conscientious nature • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service • Good computer skills. • Excellent customer service skills • Willing to increase hours during our busy period.
