
Sales Executive - Certifications Remote

We are looking for someone to join our L&D Sales team, to drive sales across our Certification products, including our Core Certification to teams of 10+, with the opportunity to cross-sell to our events and other services too.
The Role:
- Speak to VPs and Directors of leading tech companies to sell our L&D offerings for 6 figure sums. Existing clients include the likes of TikTok, Microsoft, PayPal, Meta, Spotify and more.
- Develop an expert understanding of our products, industry, and market, in order to maximise your deal size. You’ll have the scope to negotiate with industry leaders for from SMB to Enterprise
- Prospect, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from scratch for our certifications and memberships.
- Sell into new and existing accounts to reach each established targets and new revenue goals
- Identify new commercial opportunities and work with the Commercial Director to capitalise on them
- Be the voice of the customer and involved in shaping the product road map, and new commercial offerings
- Establish yourself as a core member of the PMA revenue engine

You:
- You have a deep understanding and proven track record of prospecting and developing strong relationships with enterprise customers (18 months + experience preferred)
- You’ll be determined and focused, and enjoy the challenge of hunting and closing net new business
- Tough targets won’t scare you and you’ll have a demonstrable track record of not just meeting them - but exceeding them
- Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, to incorporate new products, changes, or to bounce back from subpar results
- Confidence to collaborate with product stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Confident and willing to learn and grow within the role
- Team player - success doesn’t happen in a vacuum, we need everyone in the org to be rallied around the same goals and helping each other out to achieve them

Competitive Salary:
Basic salary £25,00 - £30,000 depending on experience
OTE Year 1 £50,000+

- £600 annually in year 1 scaling to over £1,980+ annually based on the length of service
