Job description

Jardine Motors Group is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at BMW Bury St Edmunds. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets for new and used vehicles.

The role is 45 hours per week, working rota to include weekends. The basic salary for the role for this role is £20,000 with realistic OTE of £45,000.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Love every customer that walks through the door, sends you an email or calls you to talk about buying a car
  • Learn about your customers, it’s the small details that make a difference. Remembering how someone takes their coffee may make someone’s day!
  • Help us achieve our targets by supporting customers to buy a new or used car that’s right for them
  • Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending videos and checking in with any updates

The legal part:

We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we advise on and sell finance and insurance products. As this role includes FCA regulated activities, we will ask you to complete an FCA questionnaire as part of our recruitment process. You will be asked to declare any unspent criminal convictions, CCJs or bankruptcy. We will look into all declarations made and seek a credit reference, but they may not serve as a bar to employment with us.
