We would love for you to join us on that journey.We are looking for a senior sales executive to oversee and develop the construction side of our business. The main goal of this role is to sell fire and security systems to large construction sites around London.Job Description:What will I be doing as a Senior Sales Executive?· Selling Fire and Security systems (CCTV & Surveillance, Fire Alarm & Protection, Access Control Systems, and Security Systems).· Developing both new and existing business with commercial organisations.· Building relationships with M and E contractors, Architects and Main Contractors, both by telephone and field sales visits.· Create and develop a balance between profit margin and high levels of customer service.· You will also be provided with a target to hit each month, which, when hit, is rewarded with a quarterly bonus.To be successful in this role you will need:· A strong understanding of electronic security and fire products (accreditations in FIA courses a bonus).· Proven experience in new business sales development.· Historic ability to self-generate leads.· Solution and technical sales background.· Awareness of contemporary security legislation.· An independent, enthusiastic, and ambitious temperament.What can we offer you?· Excellent Basic, OTE £45-50k (top performers c. £100k).· The best commission structure of any fire and security company in London:5% of total job value on new projects, 10% of job value on maintenance contracts, and a 3k bonus quarterly if targets are hit.· Petrol/ travel allowance.· Strong, highly experienced and flexible leadership team.· 20 days holiday, with an extra day for your birthday and every 2 years +1· Pension schemeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Additional leaveCompany carCompany eventsCompany pensionFree parkingSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Bonus schemeCommission payPerformance bonusAbility to commute/relocate: London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Construction: 1 year (preferred)Fire and/or Security Sales: 3 years (required)Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
