Job description

Ti is looking for a Sales Executive with experience in B2B / software sales / selling services, who enjoys a mix of New Business and Account Management duties.

We are looking to recruit a sales professional, ideally with 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, who can demonstrate sales success.

Logistics industry knowledge is of interest but not essential; above all the ability to communicate at all levels and a positive, enthusiastic mindset are particularly welcome.

The Role:

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities across all Ti products, particularly the Global Supply Chain Intelligence platform via annual subscription.

Working closely with the Head of Commercial Development along with Ti’s Media and Marketing teams, you will identify new opportunities, develop relationships with new and existing clients and close deals.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

· Sell Ti Market Reports

· Sell subscriptions to the GSCi platform

· Nurture and develop existing accounts and be responsible for securing renewals

· Collaborate with Media and Marketing to help drive campaigns and generate sales opportunities

· Source and close new sales opportunities

· Continually manage and develop a portfolio of accounts

· Produce weekly sales updates

· Work to set KPI’s and targets

· Develop individual knowledge and keep up to date with market trends and competitive awareness

· Develop high quality customer service

Requirements:

· Experience gained in selling software solutions and services

· Experience of utilising CRM systems

· Experience of selling professional services and contracts

· Experience negotiating complex deals

· Ability to build relationships and develop strategic partnerships

· Commercially aware with the ability to spot business opportunities

· Ability to present to all levels – including C level

· Growth mindset

Location:

Hybrid working structures are available, between home / office in Bath

Benefits Package:

Basic: £25k - £30k with uncapped commission scheme and OTE

Paid holidays: 25 days holiday per year plus 1 day for every year over 5 years, up to a maximum of 30 days. Plus 8 bank holidays.

Pension: 3% pension contribution.

Healthcare: Option to join company healthcare scheme.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
