Owner brings together some of the best labels with good intentions including D’heygere, Jordan Dalah Studio, Lauren Manoogian, Lemaire, Ottolinger, Peet Dullaert, Peter Do, Renli Su and Zanini. Since reopening, clients can pop in or book a personal shopping appointment on the website and have the place to themselves for an hour. The owner, Wei Yue brings his expertise and knowledge of personal shopping to the retail world. In 2015, he launched a personal styling service that engages with an international audience. We intend to recruit a competent Sales Executive to develop our business, particularly targeting Chinese customers. Basic salary offer starts from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include overseeing and delivering CRM Strategy implemented to increase sales and engagement online and offline amongst Chinese customers; managing campaigns, content and engagement on WeChat, Redbook and Weibo to meet commercial targets; working with email developer to improve email performance in China; providing outstanding customer service to all clients offline and online; processing POS transactions; meeting individual and business targets; receiving, checking off and storing new deliveries; performing daily store operational tasks, such as keeping the selling floor and stock well maintained, clean and organised; maintaining stores visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferable
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken
  • Understanding and interest in fashion is essential
  • Demonstrate and share strong brand and market knowledge
  • Must be energetic, organised and highly motivated individual
  • Strong organizational and communicational skills, ability to multitask
  • Be curious and have a desire to learn and grow with the business
  • Be able to take initiative and prioritise
  • High flexible attitude and positive approach
  • Excellent eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • Tech savvy
