Job Title: Sales Executive
We have an exciting opportunity to join Simba Sleep as a Sales Executive on a 6 month fixed term contract in our Customer Experience team.
Either part-time or full-time, we are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and customer-oriented sales professional to help achieve internal sales objectives within a newly established outbound telesales function.
This role involves calling warm sales leads from the e-comm site to help guide customers through to a purchase by offering additional information about our products, the sleep benefits from our advanced technology, and our finance options to help achieve affordability for customers. The role will sit as part of a small team with aspirations to grow should we achieve a proof of concept and incremental sales on top of normal site performance. Additional lead opportunities will include inbound pre-sale contacts offered by the existing service team, as well as finance applications completed but left unsigned by customers.
Ideally, you will be a self-starter who is confident with some ambiguity, commercially creative and can seize the opportunity to help build a profitable workstream within a leading e-commerce business in the sleep/wellness industry.
Experience
- 2yr or more years experience in a customer facing, support or sales function, ideally in the retail industry
- Experience working to targets
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Experience using Sales CRM tools preferred

Pay: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
