About the Role:
Working from home, you will be responsible for promptly following up and converting applications and enquiries into enrolments for our Therapy Dog Programmes. These programmes support professionals and families to train their pet dog to become a life-changing Therapy Dog.
You will:

- Connect with prospective practitioners in a professional manner and represent PAWS Therapy Dog Training at all times
- Carry out exceptional consultative interviews that guide and support practitioners to an enrolment decision and effectively close the sale
- Follow-up applicants from lead stage quickly and efficiently via phone, email and WhatsApp
- Manage the application process and pipeline with care and attention to detail
- Work alongside our goal-smashing super team to reach and exceed sales targets
- Embrace change and explore new ways of working to help the continuous growth of the company
- Be a self-starter who works effectively without direct management
This role is particularly suitable for Candidates with current or prior experience and/or understanding in:
- Sales;
- Dog Training or behaviour;
- Neurodivergence;
- Education, Therapy work or Counselling;
- Social Work
For your application to be successful, you’ll need to have/be:
- Experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- IT literate and proficient in email
- Confidence handling phone conversations and able to sell competently via phone
- Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills
- Efficient time-keeping skills and an ability to meet targets and deadlines
Rate of Pay: £24,500-£27,496 per annum on an employed basis with a generous uncapped commission structure (OTE of £52,000)
Hours: Full time but flexible hours. The applicant should be prepared to work with two weekend days in every month. This could be done across one weekend or split across two.
