The Secondary Sales Executive position will provide an opportunity to deliver straight to the top line of the business, influencing the continued expansion and development of Oak Tree Mobility’s motion furniture division.
As a skilled negotiator and communicator, this role demands; a high degree of technical competence to understand sales documents and excellent administration capabilities to process sales, provide exemplary after-sales service whilst exceeding company targets, primarily demonstrated by accomplished selling and technical ability.
As not all prospective customers are able to make the decision on the day, this role demands a calm, pleasant and professional telephone manner, as overcoming objections, building rapport and following up after an initial home visit by one of our field based consultants, often leads to sale.
What would I be doing at Oak Tree Mobility??
Working within our sales office, our Sales Executives play a fundamental role in the business, generating revenue to achieve individual, team and company targets. Your day-to-day role would include:
- Working in the sales office as part of the telesales team
- Responsible for following up on home visit appointment and ensuring the customer was pleased with their demonstration and service
- Explaining the company and product benefits
- Building rapport with customers and overcoming objections
- Understanding customer needs, negotiating and influencing the decision process through to sale. Providing feedback to the sales team regarding appointment outcomes.

Our team comes with a wealth of different experiences and whilst call centre and/or telesales experience is desirable it is not essential. We're looking for individuals who:

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. You must be prepared to work one in three Saturdays for which you receive a day in lieu during that week.
Salary: the basic salary is £20,000 however, the realistic earnings with sales commission is £35,000-£40,000.
