Sales Executive
From £25,000 per year, plus commission of up to £5,400
Hybrid (2-3 days a week in our office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire)
About Us
Hi, we’re Prosure360 and we’re looking for an energetic individual to join us in a newly created Sales Executive role. If you haven’t heard about us before, we are part of the larger Marlowe SRC group, specialising in Risk Mitigation for businesses across the country.
Prosure360 is a pioneering digital platform, providing an innovate supply chain management system that facilitates the certification of contractors and suppliers for Health and Safety, ESG and Insurance. We continue to grow after breaking the mould in Supply Chain Management due to our highly flexible, easy-to-use products for Clients and Service Providers.
About the Role
At Prosure360, there's a straightforward process; Clients mandate their Service Providers in their supply chain to sign up for assessment with us, and we deliver our services. The main purpose of this role is to drive the sales of our assessments, as well as ensuring continued business upon renewal. Ideally, you’ll have at least one year’s experience in Telemarketing or Renewals to really help you thrive in this role.
You’ll need to be driven naturally energetic as you’ll also be responsible for handling the renewals of expiring assessments, with the end goal being a high conversion rate; a pro-active approach and the ability to work on your own initiative is a huge bonus!
There’s a huge amount of communication involved in this role, so we’re looking for someone who’s a confident communicator, whether it’s over the phone or via email. You’ll make outbound calls to suppliers and contractors and respond to member queries, as well as assisting with the onboarding of new clients. You’ll also support Service providers through the sign-up process and assessment completion stages, so experience of complex B2B Operational processes will give you a strong headstart!
You’ll be given in-depth training to help you understand the features and benefits of Prosure360’s services and become a Prosure360 Ambassador, confidently relaying these details to our Clients and Prosure360 members. You’ll be able to quickly identify potential member issues and provide support and resolution, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of their journey.
