Who are we?
Happy Hot Tubs are a leader in the wellness industry and sell luxury hot tubs and swimspas across 5 showrooms in the South and Midlands. We are a family run business who are passionate about our products, and delivering first class customer service.
The Role
This position will require you to maximise every opportunity to sell our range of hot tubs and swimspas. You will follow up on sales leads, sell to customers in store and manage the sales journey from start to finish to ensure a smooth customer experience. The successful candidate will need to have experience in working to sales targets and will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. Full product training will be provided, and for the right candidate there will be future opportunities for sales training in Europe and the US.
There is a lot of potential for the right candidate to learn in this role as the business continues to grow and expand. You will be working with an experienced sales team and have the opportunity to create a fantastic career at Happy Hot Tubs if you are successful in this role.
Location
Your time will be split across 3 of our Hampshire showrooms in the Southampton and Portsmouth area. You will also visit customer homes to check their access is suitable prior to installation.
Hours
Full time on a rota basis. You will work 5 days a week including weekends.
Requirements
- Must have own vehicle and full driving license (clean license preferred)
- Experience of working to targets
- Experience selling high value items preferred (eg. cars, caravans)
- Proactive ability to follow up sales leads
- Highly motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and literacy skills
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Successful candidate must be willing to undertake a basic DBS check and credit check
