Role DescriptionWe provide high quality, award-winning grooming training courses for professional dog groomers in London Colney. We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and organised individual to join our team in the role of a Student Enrolment Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our courses, as well as assisting with the enrolment process and conducting tours of our academy.Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be the main point of contact for potential students, providing them with information, advice and guidance about our courses. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective students and converting enquiries into enrolments. This will involve providing advice on course options, arranging visits to the academy, conducting tours, and following up with enquiries via phone, email and in person.As part of your role, you will be expected to promote our courses through various channels, such as social media, industry events and educational fairs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of enquiries and enrolments, as well as monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing activity.The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and a strong interest in the grooming industry. You should be confident, outgoing, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be highly organised, with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively. Experience in the education sector or within the pet industry would be advantageous.Flexible Hours from term time, part time and full time with salaried positions from £15,000.00 to £45,000.00. Comission payable or non payable depending on employee preference.
