Benefits
· Basic salary of £40k plus commission, plus bonuses
· On target earnings of £181,000 per annum
· Flexible working hours with the opportunity to work on either EU or US time zones which can earn higher rates of commission.
· A lead Generation Assistant will work alongside you, providing sales presentation appointments.
· Opportunity for international travel to destinations such as Singapore, Miami, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, London and Frankfurt.

What we’re looking for
· Educated to an A-level standard (No degree required)
· Target driven sales experience is beneficial.
· Self-motivated
· Has a natural can-do attitude and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Experience using CRM software (desirable)
· Articulate communicator with strong phone-based presentation skills.
· Ability to work under pressure, organise and priorities responsibilities.

Working alongside an experienced Lead Generator you will be responsible for new and existing client business for the company, generating revenue through exhibition stand sales and sponsorship opportunities for our industry leading events.
We are looking for ambitious, driven and enthusiastic Sales Executives & Managers to join our organisation with a passion for international travel and a hunger for career progression to become an integral part of the Fortem International team.
With international expansion at the forefront of our growth, there will be plenty of opportunities to travel with the role.
