As a Temenos Lead Functional Architect:

• You’ll be helping our Wealth Management / Private Banking clients transform to a new generation of digital financial services leveraging your knowledge on the Banking Industry and Temenos products

• You will help our clients defining innovative end-to-end offerings to support bank transformation journeys and meet their business needs

• You will help to shape the best integration approach with clients existing ecosystem

• You will participate on E2E project delivery. Managing or executing along all phases: requirements, functional specifications, technical analysis/design, test, and deployment

Day to day duties (main functions of ):

• You’ll be helping our Wealth Management / Private Banking clients transform to a new generation of digital financial services leveraging your knowledge on the Banking Industry and Temenos products
• You will help our clients defining innovative end-to-end offerings to support bank transformation journeys and meet their business needs
• You will help to shape the best integration approach with clients existing ecosystem
• You will participate on E2E project delivery. Managing or executing along all phases: requirements, functional specifications, technical analysis/design, test, and deployment

Project Description:

• You will work on short term (several weeks to months) and long term (several months to 1 year) projects supporting our clients to design and deliver banking solution based on software from Temeno

Location:

• Hiring Location: preferably EU country..
• Work assignments: Europe

Essential Skills:

• 10+ years of experience shaping Temenos solution for Wealth Management / Private Banking clients
• Strong functional knowledge on different Wealth Management / Private Banking business areas
• Relevant hands-on experience in Transact modules for Securities, Derivatives, Treasury, Deposits…
• Experience leading Process Led Workshops, implementing best practices concerning Temenos products when brining improvements into client operations
• Availability for travelling in Europe and potentially around the world
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels
• Ability to conduct workshops/discussions with the client and develop creative and breakthrough solutions to customer challenges
• People development and team building skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to anticipate, understand and respond to Client needs shaping the behavior in accordance to the situation
• Collaboration, team orientation and stewardship

Desirable Skills:

• Experience standardizing products and processes between client multiple entities
• Temenos Portfolio Management

• Implementation experience of Temenos core modules and associated processes
• Specific implementation experience using Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) for accounts, deposits, and lending
• Basic understanding of Temenos accounting entries and bookings
• An understanding of the Temenos Implementation Methodology and associated deliverables related to the core banking transformation phases (various strategy documents, business requirement definitions, etc.)
