As a Temenos Lead Functional Architect:

You’ll be helping our Wealth Management / Private Banking clients transform to a new generation of digital financial services leveraging your knowledge on the Banking Industry and Temenos products
You will help our clients defining innovative end-to-end offerings to support bank transformation journeys and meet their business needs
You will help to shape the best integration approach with clients existing ecosystem
You will participate on E2E project delivery. Managing or executing along all phases: requirements, functional specifications, technical analysis/design, test, and deployment

Day to day duties (main functions of ):

Project Description:

You will work on short term (several weeks to months) and long term (several months to 1 year) projects supporting our clients to design and deliver banking solution based on software from Temeno

Location:

Essential Skills:

10+ years of experience shaping Temenos solution for Wealth Management / Private Banking clients
Strong functional knowledge on different Wealth Management / Private Banking business areas
Relevant hands-on experience in Transact modules for Securities, Derivatives, Treasury, Deposits…
Experience leading Process Led Workshops, implementing best practices concerning Temenos products when brining improvements into client operations
Availability for travelling in Europe and potentially around the world
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels
Ability to conduct workshops/discussions with the client and develop creative and breakthrough solutions to customer challenges
People development and team building skills
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to anticipate, understand and respond to Client needs shaping the behavior in accordance to the situation
Collaboration, team orientation and stewardship

Desirable Skills:

Experience standardizing products and processes between client multiple entities
Temenos Portfolio Management

Specific implementation experience using Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) for accounts, deposits, and lending
Basic understanding of Temenos accounting entries and bookings
An understanding of the Temenos Implementation Methodology and associated deliverables related to the core banking transformation phases (various strategy documents, business requirement definitions, etc.)
