Skills Needed (Essential)
1) Fluent English - both Spoken and Written.
2) Excellent Sales skills, with a track record in B2B sales. A minimum of 2 Years sales experience is required. Any applicants without this will, unfortunately, not be considered.
3) Experience with closing deals over the phone is essential.
4) Experience in customer retention- the successful candidate will have no issue with emailing/following up with every client they speak with, be it an interested client or a potential future prospect. We intend to build relationships with other companies, it is not solely about the here and now.
5) Customer service skills & communication skills across all levels, with fantastic written English skills an absolute must for emails.
6) Ability to work from home- using your own PC/Laptop and Mobile Phone.
7) Good Microsoft Office skills (Word required, Excel preferred).
Main Responsibilities
1) Achieve sales targets in all agreed areas each month.
2) Sell the full range of Digitex Technologies’ products and website services (with a main focus on SEO) to all leads given to you. Warm leads will be provided, Business Development (lead generation) will also be required at times- to be discussed in interview stage.
3) Provide outstanding Customer Service and ensure all clients are approached and followed up with as per their requirements.
4) Concise data management and second to none data entry, logging all contact and contact attempts with clients.
5) Follow up on every lead given to you within the shortest time frame possible, ensuring call-backs are scheduled for each client after speaking with them.
6) Work as part of the sales team where advice/ideas are floated between each other, building a strong platform for future sales.
7) To have a hunger for not just success, but growth too. Both on a business and personal level. Aspirations for Management/Coaching/Training opportunities.

Job Type: Part-time, 2-3 hours per day for 5 days per week. 10-15 hours per week total. Hours will mainly be 9am-12pm Monday to Friday. Confirmed hours will be discussed during interview stage.
Salary: £10-11.50 per hour
Additional benefits
- Commission paid monthly.
