SALES EXECUTIVE
Your Role
The Sales Executive is responsible for winning new accounts within the assigned branch office territory. The position is also responsible for maximizing sales growth from existing SME customers through the development of new sales, product marketing, and customer support strategies; and achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned area(s) of the business.
Your Responsibilities
- Acting as the single point of contact for sales of DgR Global solutions and products across all Sea Logistics, Air Logistics & Road Logistics business fields with specific focus on Sea Logistics Products.
- Developing and maintaining your existing customer portfolio.
- Obtaining new customers through sales "hunting" activity, correctly assessing the prospective account as profitable, significant or strategic in order to secure winning bids.
- Meeting or exceeding Salesperson activity targets.
- Performing all aspects of the sales process and input & update all relevant activities utilizing DgR Global internal systems daily.
- Conducting mutually agreed periodic business reviews with the customer and maintain close/ongoing communication with customer and DgR Global operations to assure expectations are satisfied.
- Developing and maintaining proficiency in DgR Global Systems and Solutions as well as introducing and selling DgR GLobal IT solutions to customers.
- Smooth handover to Customer Care Department.
Your Skills And Experiences
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of extensive track record of professional experience and success as field sales representative in the forwarding / logistics sector.
- A reliable, trustworthy and serious demeanour.
- Excellent negotiating and closure skills, ability to work on your own initiative and in a highly organised way.
- A good knowledge of spoken and written English and native Turkish.
- Very good computer skills, particularly MS Office.
- A valid driving licence and able to travel.

Salary: £2,000.00-£3,000.00 per month
