This role is working within our Campaign/Micro SME Team.
Location: Aston, Birmingham or Nelson, Lancashire
Salary: £21,255 and OTC £19,500 (uncapped)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30
The purpose of the role is to call Existing B2B & B2C customers and offer them our range of Telecoms solutions. You will be performing re-signs on existing billed solutions and adding new products to their account.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing base of customers and performing re-signs on their existing solution.
- Contacting existing base of customers and adding other products within our portfolio to their account.
- Re-actively contact customers that have requested to discuss their account that is due to re-sign.
- Using company CRM system to build a prospect database pipeline of new product penetration.
- Maintain a tidy and organised workspace.
- Understand and follow strict data protection rules.
- Use in house CRM system safely and efficiently.
- Previous sales experience.
- Good telephone manner.
- Ability to motivate self and peers.
- Ability to work productively from home and/or office under our Hybrid working guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
