Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, preferably with a track record in FMCG to further build our fast-growing business within an exciting and rapidly changing sector.
We require an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate Sales Executive to drive new business. We’re looking for a core team member who can balance both long-term aims with pragmatic actions to solve immediate deliverables.
You will need i) the ambition and entrepreneurial spirit to grow and manage new accounts, ii) a passion for healthy food & drinks, iii) the skills to build and drive a fantastic business alongside an abundance of energy and enthusiasm!
You need to be confident with strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written skills and have the vision and talent to take the brand to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring new retail and wholesale accounts
- Working from data sets and carrying out a full review of opportunities within the sector, carefully selecting key accounts to pursue in each channel.
- Be a sector expert and knowledge resource for the team. Feeding back insight and market intel to help direct our brand strategy.
- Devising an effective strategy to identify and target prospective commercial opportunities across the relevant sectors.
- Gain information on market trends and developments.
- Planning, executing and reviewing the sales initiatives.
- Communicating new product developments to prospective and existing clients.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of products and value proposition.

About You
- Educated to a degree level ideally
- Process and data driven with good application of IT and CRM systems.
- Be an ambitious, self-motivated individual
- Have excellent organisational skills and be a strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Be hands on, efficient and resilient.
- Demonstrate a passion for the brand to be effective in delivering results.
- Willing to travel and attend trade shows/events throughout the year.
- Candidate must be already located in the UK
Full-time, remote-based UK role with flexible working hours. WFH set-up provided
