Partner Sales Associate - Intern - 12 months
As the Partner Sales Associate focusing on the 3DEXPERIENCE Works for Startups Program, you will work closely with the Startup Program Team to ensure qualified startups, Incubators, and Accelerators receive access to SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE platform resources - contributing to the overall success of Startup and Incubator Programs. You will support various projects including, creating marketing content, reviewing applications, customer correspondence, and database analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- You will be the Partner Trusted Advisor by co-defining their Sales Strategy, Transformation and Development Plan in order to achieve sustainable sales and market share growth on the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio.
- Manage the current Partner relationships, as well as engage with and onboard new Partners
- Support Partners with Sales Opportunities from prospect to close, and Operational activities – Ordering, Proposals, deals etc
- Work alongside and in collaboration with the Regional Customer Success Directors and Managers
- Build the knowledge within the 3DS SOLIDWORKS Partner Community
- Build trusted relationships with our customers and Partners alike
- Work closely with customers to make sure they are getting the best out of the solutions we provide
Qualifications/Experience
- Degree certification – suitable subject related fields may include Engineering, Design, Technical, Marketing, Business, Commercial
- Familiarity with CRM, office software and administrative skills
- Direct experience with Start Ups and demonstrate interest of investigating, researching
- Customer oriented with strong communication skills, verbal and written, particularly over the phone
- Fluent in English language, but also beneficial with additional EuroNorth (Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Belgium) language skills
- Demonstrate service minded approach, the ability multitask working independently and within a team environment
