Job Summary/Goal:
We are recruiting target-driven individuals with a passion for selling and who wish to develop a career in the Student Accommodation Market to join our AXO Student Living’s Sales Department. As a Sales Executive, you will be conducting activities to drive bookings for AXO Student Living’s national student accommodation portfolio. To be successful in this role, ideal candidates are required to have excellent customer service skills along with strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should have some experience in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing all sales inquiries, bookings, and communications - through all channels including but not exhaustive to calls, website submitted inquiries, email inboxes, and social media leads.
· Qualifying leads into prospects and ultimately converting prospects to bookings.
· Driving bookings by following up with incumbent and new leads via calling and emailing.
· Taking and processing bookings to a stage whereby our operations teams can successfully take over for aftersales activities.
· Making sure customers' interactions, comments, and feedback collected are logged onto the CRM system correctly.
· Understanding customers’ needs and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure these are addressed.
Skills
·A goal-oriented, empathetic, and friendly personality who has a passion for sales.
· Prior experience in sales/reservations would be helpful
· Excellent communication skills, and well-spoken and written English is essential for this role.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities accordingly to business needs.
· A good listener with strong problem-solving skills.
· Previous experience in customer focussed environment.
· Highly motivated attitude to targets with a passion to succeed.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Proficient user of computers and MS office.
· Keen to grow and develop a career in the Student Accommodation Market.
Desirables
· Additional languages would be an added advantage but not essential.
· Some previous experience in an admin-based or telephone-based sales role.
· Experience in Student Accommodation is an added advantage but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
