ABOUT THE ROLE.
- You'll be responsible for creating strong relationships and partnerships.
- You'll need to be the life of the party and be able to build strong relationships.
- This isn't going to be a 9-5 role. The life of the party needs to be at the parties at the end of the day!
- This role will involve outbound days to focus on driving awareness!
- You'll be required to work evenings and weekends to match the venues operational hours.
- Hosting our industry brunch, student events and anything else you can create!
- You'll need to be driven to achieve an epic sales target.
ABOUT YOU.
- MUST HAVE Sales & Events Planning Experience within the Hospitality industry.
- You love what you do!
- You have a proven track record of great industry relationships.
- You have a passion for planning memorable experiences.
- You’re obsessed with attention to detail & think the small things matter.
- You thrive in a high volume WET led environment.

We acquired the business at 5 venues (Norwich, Cardiff, Liverpool, Swindon & Lakeside) and we set out to dominate the UK and grow Boom Battle Bar from 5 venues to 28 venues in 2022, and continue our growth in 2023.
