One of our local based companies are looking for somebody to join their Administration team on a temporary-permanent basis. The only reason this starts out as temp-perm is to get someone trained up, settled in and become part of the team. Please note this is a manufacturing environment so will involve elements of dealing with production, payroll and finances.
Job Role :-
- Supporting in the day to day running of all paperwork.
- Tele-Sales and field work.
- Use of Sage and Microsoft office to store and edit data.
- Supporting the logistics side of the business, printing off labels for pallets and booking in deliveries/collections.
- Working alongside production/admin team to ensure all paperwork is finalised and completed correctly.
- Finance Queries
- Uploading information to company database
What type of person are they looking for :-
- 2 years admin/clerical experience.
- Someone familiar and comfortable with Microsoft office.
- Someone who isn’t scared to get their sleeves rolled up.
- Comfortableinteracting with shop floor staff, delivery drivers and members of management.
- Wanting a permanent/long term job.
For the first 12 weeks this role is paying £10.70, this is just during the training period and to get the right person settled in and up to speed, then the pay will rise after the probation period.
The hours for this role are 9am – 5pm Monday and Thursday and an early finish at 4pm. (based on a 34 hours week).
