We're looking for an experienced technical person with a well-rounded set of enterprise IT experience, scripting skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work with senior management and sales to present the product, understand customer needs, answer questions, and provide product feedback to engineering management. You will also help bring the customer from understanding the product, through evaluation, to purchasing the product. Other tasks might include helping the team respond to RFPs, manning booths at conferences, and contributing to marketing and technical documentation.
Requirements
Qualified applicants must have:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility
- Bachelor’s degree is highly desired
- Current authorization (or will soon be authorized) to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Very strong client-facing skills and fully fluent with English and written communications
- Independent and self-directed, capable of balancing multiple clients' needs and schedules
Desired Technical Skills
- Strong fluency with Linux, tools, debugging, performance analysis

Salary Range (Estimated): 110k - 170k
