To be considered for this position, candidates must have recent sales experience within HVAC/AHU/Heating/Ventilation industry.
Salary: Up to £55,000 - £60,000 annually
Bonus: Up to £15,000

The role
- To sell the companies standard and bespoke ranges of air handling units, chillers, precision and OEM equipment including ASHP
- Sales route will be via specification based consultant sales and contractor order placement within the Construction, Building Services, HVAC or Heating and Ventilation Industry
- You will be responsible for both generation of sales leads and managing the process from initial enquiry to placement of order including final negotiation
- The role will involve maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new customers within the area
- Supported by our estimating and applications teams you will however be able to select and cost the product using our bespoke software packages, training will be provided
- You will report to the Sales Manager for the North
- Should be highly self-motivated and able to work from home
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential along with the ability to provide customer presentations
- Verbal and written communication ability should be of the highest standard
- Computer literate including use of word, excel, powerpoint (for presentations) and email
- Recent xperience in sales and / or the Building Services, HVAC or Heating and Ventilation Industry
- Experience with Air Handling Units and/or Chillers and ASHP.
- You will have established contacts within Mechanical and Electrical Consultants and Contractors
- Engineering qualification required, minimum HNC Building Services preferred
