The Sales Director Role, within the Go-To-Market Team at Gain.pro

The Go-To-Market Team within Gain.pro focuses on all motions that are revenue generating, from top of funnel growth through the SDR team, across Commercial and Enterprise Sales, through to our customer success and service teams bulding value and advocacy across our existing clients.


On your day-to-day you will:

  • Manage, coach and build out a best in class team of Account Executives
  • Enable the SDR team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline and market segmentation
  • Coach and train the sales academy and relevant methodologies and playbooks on an ongoing basis
  • Manage metrics, competencies, output, sales targets and delivery of profitable customers through the sales team
  • Actively drive the creation of our sales and GTM strategy; determine priority segments, support the creation of the value proposition, and enhance and strengthen the overall pitch
  • Leverage technology available at your fingertips; to enhance the coaching and performance journey of your team over time
  • Mentor and coach individuals with leadership potential
  • Align with the company's strategic objectives, handle and grow revenue and market share at designated accounts to improve customer success at all levels in the customer organization
  • Create and nurture strong and effective relationships, based on creating customer value and ROI

Who are you?

  • At least 10 years of sales experience selling enterprise software or complex technology
  • At least 2 years of proven success and over-performance, in managing high potential sales teams
  • Success in fast pace, learning, and growth environments
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, motivate, inspire and lead high potential performers
  • Experience in Coaching Sales and Go-To-Market Methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, Command of the Message or others)
  • Consistent achievement with a background in exceeding quota and performance
  • Engaging, energetic and inspiring presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
