We are looking for true ‘Hunters’ that will bring passion & energy to the role of Sales Development Representative within Smartr365. The SDR will be responsible for driving higher volumes of Initial Client Meetings for a team of Sales Executives.
You will be responsible for:
Researching potential clients using internal CRM System
Taking full ownership of personal targets
Ability to convert warm prospects
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Effectively communicate with clients in a persuasive and informative manner and the ability to build trust and rapport in a short space of time
Comfortable with operating independently to meet specific goals
Management - Comfortable with creating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Ability to spot additional opportunities
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, is careful, persistent and cares about the outcome.
