Job description
You will monitor a number of contracts with a range of suppliers to ensure contract compliance and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services that deliver positive outcomes for residents and the Council.
About the role:
You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:
- Monitor contracts with various suppliers to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services that meet the needs of Waltham Forest residents and the Council.
- Conduct regular contract reviews to assess supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary actions.
- Assist in the resolution of contract-related disputes, escalating issues as necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Experience in monitoring and managing contracts with various suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of financial processes and experience in handling financial transactions, such as invoice verification, payment processing, and budget management.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, including supplier evaluations, tender assessments, and contract negotiations.
