About the Role

The Receptionist, located in the RiNo district in Denver, CO, is the industry-leading, cloud-based Visitor Management Solution (VMS) that automates visitor check-in and helps reduce the chaos of the modern front office. We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. Sales development professionals use active listening, product knowledge, and passion to identify prospects' pain points and guide them to the Account Executive team. The job involves primarily outbound communication and some inbound qualifying . Exceptional organization skills are important for winning over prospects with tailored products for specific industry segments. This position is ideal for those passionate about the manufacturing industry and fulfilling specific needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Utilizing the resources available–including LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and a highly collaborative team environment to discover, qualify and pass of 10-15 new leads per month.

  • 99% of your time will be spent generating new leads via outbound cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other sources/ideas from you! Occasionally you will be qualifying inbound leads to pass to the team from marketing initiatives and referrals you generate.

  • Identifying and researching prospects within a specific industry vertical.

  • Qualifying inbound leads that come to you via our interactive product tours, phone, online chat, email, quote inquiries, and demo requests before passing them to the correct team member.

  • Working closely with the Director of Sales as we launch new initiatives. You will help open new markets for the company.

REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements

  • Outbound sales experience of at least 6-12 months in a Business Development or Inside Sales role; SaaS experience is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to clearly articulate the product’s value and functionality to potential customers.

  • Ability to actively listen to and understand the needs of potential customers and respond accordingly.

  • Ability to conduct research independently and identify prospects for outbound campaigns.

  • Ability to spend one week per quarter in our Denver metro office.

  • Authorization to work in the US.

  • Multi-lingual a plus (Spanish and French).

Total compensation includes a salary of $45,000 - $50,000 annually plus uncapped commissions ranging from $15,000 – $25,000 based on a combination of skills, experience, knowledge, and performance for a total OTE of $60,000 - $75,000 based on a combination of skills, experience, knowledge, and performance.
