Sales Development Representative
VC backed Series A funding B2B SaaS platform is hiring 2 experienced SDRs to join their sales team (currently a team of 10) as they push forward on their next stage of growth. The aim of this company is to IPO in 5 years so now is a perfect time to get in at the early stages and get a piece of the pie!

The product
The product offers visibility on forecasting to sales teams, which whilst always import is now even more critical for business owners and boards to have visibility on revenue. You would be selling into VPs and Head’s of in SMB and Enterprise businesses.
The day to day
As an experienced SDR you’ll know that securing a meeting requires creativity and multiple touch points, and here it’s no different! The SDRs use a combination of cold calling, video messages, and email campaigns and track sequences and activity through Hubspot.
Who you are!
Our client has a couple of requirements for people joining the business;
· 12-18 months working as an outbound SDR with ability to demonstrate hitting and exceeding targets (required)
· Top notch organizational skills
· Team player mentality
· Passion for technology and solving problems
Interview process
3 stages;
· 1ststage – Phone and video screening with the RULE team
· 2ndstage – VC with Sales Manager
· 3rdstage – F2F with Co-founders, role play and meet the sales team
