Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive growth for our ATS integrated SaaS product. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activities by targeting Staffing Agencies and Direct employers. You will also work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to achieve our revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities - 100% outbound
- Hold full accountability for outreach through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
- You will enjoy best-in-breed automation tools to assist you in scaling your desk
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Bullhorn ATS SaaS product and its competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute outbound sales campaigns
- Assume key responsibility for booking demos for the wider Business Development team
- Document and track all sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system, Copper
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Experience within the recruitment or staffing industry, and exposure to Bullhorn would be preferred
- Strong communication, emotional and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of generating a sales pipeline
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
- Enjoy the agility, passion and excitement involved in working with a startup; you will be a key contributor to the business

Pay: £45,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
