Location: Home based with expectation of attending office when required
Salary: Up to £30,000 with OTE of 20% (uncapped)
Contract Type: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours pw

Role Objective:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that has excelled in B2B sales for the last 2 years and that thrives with new challenges, to join our sales development team to focus on finding new opportunities and identify appropriate buyers within the target markets.
This will largely be done by cold prospecting via by telephone, email, social media and supporting strategic marketing campaigns. This exciting role will see you collaborating closely with with Personal Group’s Marketing Team and using your rapport building skills and persuasiveness to develop new sales opportunities and leads while creating strong relationships with prospective businesses.
This role will be right for you if:
- You have a positive, upbeat & resilient personality, while having the ability to perform well under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- A genuine desire and ability to identify and understand customer needs and respond in a customer focused manner will be essential for this role.
- Strong sales experience & proven success in driving lead generation.
- The ability to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business pain and sales opportunities.
- Must be articulate, concise and persuasive.
- Excellent written English and strong verbal communication skills, delivering to a varied audience and in different mediums.
- Driven to reach personal and team pipeline generation goals.
