Our Platform Builder solution comprises two main tools: Mia-Platform Console, an internal developer portal to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud native applications and simplify the life of dev and ops, and Mia-Platform Marketplace, a software catalog full of plug-n-play components to accelerate the creation of digital platforms.

We are now seeking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in London.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to create and execute outbound lead generation campaigns and events, as well as manage inbound leads and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Mia-Platform's products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through research, cold-calling, and email campaigns.
- Qualify and prioritise inbound leads and inquiries, and follow up with potential clients in a timely manner.
- Manage and update the company's CRM system to ensure accurate data and effective lead management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Work with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns and events.
- Track and report on sales metrics and provide feedback to the company's management team.

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Strong English communication and writing skills, any other language is a plus.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud computing is a plus, but not essential.

Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
