Our Care Centre provides residential and nursing care for up to 160 residents requiring general nursing needs and end of life care. The home can care for those living with dementia, younger adults with physical disabilities and mental health needs.

Qualities/requirements/responsibilities:

• Has previous experience with a similar role
• Level 2 Health and Social Care is also desired or must be willing to work towards
• Positive and passionate about delivering a high quality of care expected in all our homes
• Able to work as part of an already friendly and hardworking team of like-minded carers
